Refund Policy

At Friends of the Tigers, we are grateful for the support of our community. As a not-for-profit, funds raised through ticket sales, raffles, and vendor participation are used to support our mission of providing extracurricular experiences. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have adopted the following refund policy:

Raffle Tickets

  • All raffle ticket sales are final.
    No refunds will be issued once a raffle ticket has been purchased, regardless of participation in the drawing.

 

Event Tickets and Vendor Tables

  • If Friends of the Tigers cancels an event, all ticket holders and registered vendors will receive a full refund of their purchase price.
    If an event is rescheduled, tickets and vendor registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will be available upon request if the new date does not work for the purchaser.

  • If a ticket holder or vendor is unable to attend for personal reasons (e.g., scheduling conflict, illness, travel), refunds will not be issued.

 

Donations

  • Donations made to Friends of the Tigers are non-refundable.

 

Payment Processing Fees

  • Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, credit card companies) are non-refundable, unless required by law or unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
